How does the front of the house look? Is everything neat in appearance and is the walk way free from any debris or tools.

Was there any damage that occurred to the home or the furniture during the demo of the old flooring?

What is the overall appearance of the project while the installation is underway?

Was the new flooring brought into the job ASAP, to help aid in the acclimation process?

Is the installer running the job in a manner that puts the customer at ease with their purchase and how the installation is going?

Is the furniture moved in a manner that looks safe and won't fall and or get damaged?
